St. Cloud's fresh mix just got a little fresher!

Perhaps the most controversial song playing on radio right now, Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" is now playing on Mix 94.9!

An arguable hip hop/country crossover, the song received some extra attention in March when it reached #19 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart before being disqualified for -- in essence -- not being country enough.

A remix includes Billy Ray Cyrus.

Also playing now on Mix 94.9 is Scottish singer/songwriter Lewis Capaldi's "Someone You Loved."

Relatively new to the music scene, Capaldi found mainstream success in 2018 before "Someone You Loved" found its way to #1 on the UK Singles Chart in 2019.

Comparable to a male-Adele, expect lots of "lilting," "fluttering" and "waxing" (NME's words, not ours) emotions in his music. Also, enjoy his "weepie" music video for "Someone You Loved" featuring his second cousin once removed and Doctor Who actor Peter Capaldi.
