The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until noon today. They also issued a Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 9 o'clock tomorrow morning.

Areas most impacted are Douglas, Pope and Kandiyohi counties.

A Blizzard Warning continues for western Minnesota through this morning. The NWS says it's dangerous to travel in some areas with low visibility and high wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph. There's a chance for whiteout conditions.

You're urged to limit your outdoor exposure and wear your hat and gloves whenever outside during the Wind Chill Advisory. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.

If you're traveling, the National Weather Service says you should pack warm clothes.
