My Weekend Summed Up In 5 Pictures

Sometimes my weekends consist of Netflix and momming. Some weekends I stay in my PJ's all day long. That wasn't this weekend. This weekend we had a lot going on! We're definitely gearing up for Christmas in my house.

We started off the weekend by making everything we could think of in my new air-fryer. It was an early gift from my grandma because she thought we could use it now. She was right. That thing makes french fries in 5 minutes.

On Saturday we woke up bright and early to go and see Santa at the mall. To our surprise, Charlie LOVED it. We didn't think he'd cry, but we didn't realize he'd be such a chatter box with Santa either. It was so cute. He also met a little girl named Lisa and they were instantly best friends.

We took our annual Overlund family Christmas card photo too. This was more difficult than in past years. Our two-year-old wanted to play with everything in the photo studio and wanted to smile for NO ONE. We're still waiting to get our photos back--they're pretty hilarious because he's our little Christmas Grinch.

Dave and I went to Holly Ball on Saturday night. We usually don't get all dolled up too often so it was fun to get fancy and hit the town. The food was delicious and a lot of money was raised for a great cause.
