My Personal Pizza Recipe–Under 350 Calories For The Whole Thing
I've been trying to make dinners that are under 350 calories without having to sacrifice flavor and taste! It's been hard but I've finally found a way to eat pizza and stay under 400 calories!
Here's my trick! I use this flat bread at the grocery store for the crust! It's called Joseph's Bread. There's 60 calories in the crust.
Next, I load up my flat bread with marinara sauce. It only has 30 calories in 1/4 of a cup! I add about 1/4 of a cup of sauce and move on to my veges!
I love onions and green peppers on my pizza. I dice up 1/4 of a green pepper and 1/4 of an onion and throw that on top of the sauce. This is roughly 70 calories of veges!
I love pepperoni so I added exactly 7 pepperonis to the pizza. This is actually quite a lot for the size of it. They filled the entire top! This added up to 70 calories!
Then, lastly I added CHEESE! I used 1/4 cup of low fat mozzarella cheese!
I sprinkled some pizza seasoning on the top--ZERO calories. I baked the pizza in the oven at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the cheese was melted and bubbly.
There you have it! You can diet and still enjoy pizza! This pizza will only feed one person. It's more of a personal pizza.
