My Air-fryer Is The Appliance I Never Knew I Needed

Everyone I know has been talking about their air-fryer. It's not a 'new' appliance by any means. I'm never one to have the latest and greatest new trend. I figured my oven could do the same things as the air-fryer...oh, how I was wrong.

My grandparents gave me and early Christmas gift--and wow is it cool. I've been finding any excuse I can to use my new air-fryer I made a special trip to the grocery store last night to stock up on different things I could try putting in it.

I officially feel like I have a problem. I feel like a kid who just got their first Easy Bake Oven. I've made french fries, popcorn shrimp, steak wrapped in bacon, fish sticks and you name it.

Last night for dinner I made breaded chicken...and it came out crispy. I honestly felt like I was out at a restaurant...and it only took 30 minutes to bake. I'm still not entirely sure how it cooks everything so perfectly and so fast...it must be magic.

People told me how cool it was and I just didn't listen to them. Friends, it's my new obsession! Please, help me (but, but don't really because I'm lovin' it.)
