What can we learn from Charlie Sheen's meltdown? An American icon turns 52 today and FREE COFFEE!

Someone on Yahoo took the time to compile a list of what we can learn from Charlie Sheen's public meltdown. The list was rather long, so here are some of the best ones:

1. The things you do outside of work can derail your career - Badmouthing your boss in a public way; whether it's Twitter or Facebook, trashing your boss will eventually get back to them, so it's best to just keep the drama to yourself.

2. No one is 100% secure in their job - No matter how much you do at work or how much money you have made for your company, making a big enough mistake can get you booted.

3. Keep your emotions in check - It's fine to be emotional, but bad decisions are often made in the heat of the moment, so no matter how emotional the situation is, calm down before you make up your mind.

4. Be responsible - If you screw up, admit it. Covering it up is just going to make it worse.
