MN State Fair Announces AGT Winner as 2020 Headlining Act
Darci Lynne Farmer will perform on the Grandstand Labor Day Monday 2020.
The Minnesota State Fair has announced its second Grandstand headlining act of 2020 -- America's Got Talent winner Darcy Lynne Farmer.
Farmer proved one of the show's most lovable winners when she won the show in 2017 -- at the age of just 12 -- with her ventriloquism act.
The Oklahoma native kicks off her 2020 Fresh Out of the Box Tour in January with two Minnesota stops -- April 17 at Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton and again Labor Day Monday, September 7 at the Minnesota State Fair. She will be accompanied on stage by her musical friends -- a diva-esque rabbit, Petunia; a shy, soulful mouse, Oscar; and a sarcastic old woman, Edna.
Minneapolis-natives and Grammy award-winning bluegrass musical duo the Okee Dokee Brothers will open for Farmer.
Tickets go on sale Friday, December 6 at noon for $25.
