I like to think that Minnesota Nice is a real thing.

I mean, we're living in a tumultuous time right now, no doubt. But overall, I think it's safe to say that Minnesotans are a warm, hospitable and gracious bunch. A video going around the internet right now certainly suggests that we are!

In the video below -- capture by a Ring doorbell camera -- a Minnesota woman appears to be outside doing some lawn work or something similar. A black car can be seen passing on the street behind her. Suddenly, the car reappears in the frame, driving in reverse, running into and knocking over a light stand in the home's front garden. The women stands up and turns around, seemingly without much alarm. The car then pulls forward a bit, and an elderly man gets out.

"I did a good job on that!" he calls out.

"Oh, wow!" the woman replies, walking to meet him. "Are you ok?"

"I'm ok," he assures her. "I was coming to say hi to ya!"

Their dialogue becomes muffled and difficult to hear, but the two can be seen walking up to greet each other, keeping a distance of several feet. The gentleman gives an air hug, which she returns before the video ends.

According to the website the video comes from, the incident happened in Plymouth, Minnesota.
