Minnesota Vikings Season Opener is Tonight – What Are Your Game Day Rituals

It's time to dust off your Vikings jersey and get ready for game day!!

Tonight (9/14/15) we see the Minnesota Vikings take the field against the San Francisco 49ers.

SKOOOOOOOOOL!!!!!

I'm pumped for Vikings football and the return of Adrian Peterson. A lot of people are not excited to see him return either... that's cool, but I'm ready to watch him play football and smash people on his way to the end zone.

I have only a few game day rituals for each Vikings football.

1.) Must be wearing Vikings apparel

2.) Wings, pizza and beer (typical, I know, but so tasty)

3.) Phone close by so I can keep an eye on fantasy football

4.) The Viking cave (on game day, especially) means no cleaning, no "we have to talk about this" conversations, no gossip, no weird smelling wax thing burning to "freshen it up in here", the only flip back channel is to another football game and beer in the little fridge so nobody has to walk to the big fridge and miss a play

5.) Go easy on the swears... I have a one year old daughter now. (It would be easier to do this if the Vikings earned more wins)
