The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has a live eagle cam you can watch 24/7. You can creep on an eagle mom and her little eaglet babies.

The camera has been following the eagle family since the chicks were still in their eggs. The DNR saves major events, so you can go back and watch the eggs hatching, birds feeding and the parents cuddling at night. It's so adorable! Then, you can check out live real time footage of the nest.

I'm so invested in the lives of these birds, I feel like they're mine. Plus, it's given me something to do with my two-year-old who is currently obsessed with learning about animals. He thinks the eagles are so cool to watch. When we go on our daily walks around the neighborhood, he looks for eagles now.

You can donate the Nongame Wildlife Program which helps over 700 species of wildlife live happy lives in Minnesota, like these eagles.
