Miley Cyrus Performs Live in Concert After Reported Split From Kaitlynn Carter
Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter have reportedly split up after less than two months of dating.
"They’ve been friends forever and were there for each other when they were both getting separated," a source told to People. "But they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore."
Cyrus opened up the second day of the iHeartRadio Festival at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday (September 21) after the news broke. The pop star performed her hits, classic rock covers, and her latest single about ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, "Slide Away." She also gave the first live performance of "Don't Call Me Angel," without collaborators Ariana Grande and Lana Del Rey.
Cyrus' family members including her mother, Tish, and siblings, Brandi and Trace, showed support for Cyrus' performance. The group even checked off a bucket list item for Tish, seeing Def Leppard live in concert, who performed at the festival later in the evening.
