Milaca Volunteer Fire Department Seeking Blanket Donations

The Milaca Fire and Rescue Department is looking for blanket donations.

We would use these blankets to cover people when being extracted out of a vehicle to help keep glass and metal off the person needing to be rescued. We are unable to reuse blankets due to contamination that occurs. Please send a message if you are interested in donating. Thank you and stay safe on those roads.

The Milaca Volunteer Fire Department was officially organized September 22, 1896 and named Milaca Fire Company No.1. Today, the Milaca Volunteer Fire Department is made up of 24 volunteers from Milaca and the surrounding towns of Bock, Foreston, and Pease.
