McDonalds Pulls Fitness Trackers from Happy Meals

Earlier this week it was announced that McDonalds Happy Meals would be running a month long promotion including child friendly fitness tracker toys in the popular kids meal. The "Step It" tracker tracked steps and blinked according to how fast or slow the wearer was moving. At first I thought it was kinda ironic that Happy Meals would include fitness trackers but now McDonalds has announced they are pulling the toys from the meals. There have been multiple reports from all over the US and Canada stating that the trackers caused rash and skin irritation. The company acted quickly with removing the "toys" from the meals.
