Make Dad An Eggs-In-A-Hole Grilled Cheese Sandwich [RECIPE]

When I saw this sandwich idea on one of my favorite food sites, seriouseats.com,  I thought eggs-in-the-hole and grilled cheese TOGETHER?! You can do that? Not only can you do it - I highly recommend it.

Now, my sandwich didn't turn out as pretty as the one at seriouseats.com but this is not one of those sandwiches that look pretty and you nibble on while holding your pinkie finger in the air. This is a sandwich you grab with both hands and devour while the yolk runs down your chin. And delicious? Boy, was  it delicious.  I mean really 'I will eat one of these  everyday for the rest of my life' delicious!
