A major winter storm is set to hit Minnesota this Sunday, March 10, 2019 warns viral weatherman sensation Frankie MacDonald.

It's gonna bring up to 6 to 12 inches of snow...it's gonna bring a lotta snow. Winds are gonna be pretty strong. It's gonna cause blow- and drifted snow including [Minneapolis], St. Paul, Minnesota, and the surrounding communities as well.

We should be extra careful with this storm, Frankie warns:

The storm may start out as rain, then it's gonna change over to snow. It's gonna bring dangerous and slippery driving conditions.

As always, Frankie offers some tips to best be prepared:

Have your winter boots ready, have your winter jackets ready, hats, gloves, scarves and ski pants ready. Order pizzas and order Chinese food. Buy cases of Pepsi, buy cases of Coke. Do your grocery shopping, don't wait til the last minute.
