1. Radiologic Technologist

 

Job Description:
The St. Cloud Medical Group is looking for a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist to work at our clinics in St. Cloud.

Shifts include rotating between days/evenings/weekends and will travel between the North and South Campus in St. Cloud. Main duties of the role include performing x-rays.

Candidate must have graduated from an accredited school of radiology. Current certification by the ARRT or ARRT eligible and/or state certification required. Qualified candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task.

 

2. Receptionist

Job Description:
St. Cloud Medical Group is looking for a Receptionist to work in the Midwest Occupational Medicine department at our South Campus. This role will work amongst the reception department while scheduling appointments, collecting demographic, insurance, and work information from the patient, and works with multiple companies to schedule drug testing, physicals, and work injury evaluations.

This position will also work with multiple companies to assist employees with work injuries, drug testing and physicals. This position is responsible for carrying out detailed protocols throughout the department with an acute attention to detail.

The role deals with a high volume of computer and telephone usage and is highly focused on customer service skills both in person and on the phone.

The scheduled work hours are days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualified candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

 

3.  Unit Support

Job Description:
The Unit Assistant is an entry level position in the Koronis Manor Care Center (a skilled nursing facility) and provides resident assistance with non-clinical needs under the direction of clinical staff, while maintaining the dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and respect of all residents.

The Unit Assistant responds to call lights and tends to resident requests that do not require hands-on care and will promptly report to a Nursing Assistant or other appropriate staff if the resident’s request will require hands-on direct care.

Other duties to include:passing ice water and meal trays (will not help residents eat)assist with transporting residents to/from dining roomassist residents to/from activities and recreation events along with helping with activities and eventsvisiting with residents and perfoming 1:1 activitiesaccompany residents to medical appoinments if no hands-on assistance neededmaintain supplies - stock linen carts and transport laundry and other duties as assigned.

4.  Regulatory and Business Specialist

Job Description:
Assists with the daily operation and monitoring of the 340b drug purchasing program. Responsibilities include oversight of drug purchasing, inventory processes, monthly reporting, split billing software maintenance, audits, contract pharmacy program oversight, and all areas of regulatory compliance. Supports the pharmacist in the dispensing of medications to the patients. Participates in department quality improvement activities and other projects as assigned.

Patients of all ages are served. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

High school graduate required. Post high school pharmacy technician training preferred. Advanced training in data input, business or pharmaceutical applications. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare required. Experience working as part of a team preferred. Experience in computerized pharmacy system applications, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook preferred.

5.  Certified Medical Assistant

Job Description:
St. Cloud Medical Group is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to work directly with all providers of St. Cloud Medical Group in a float nursing role. The float nurse supports the entire nursing department to cover provider clinics during absences, help to meet pod standards, and in nurse support. This role serves as a very integral part of the team.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, regular business hours.

Minimum qualifications for the position include being a current LPN or CMA with the State of Minnesota. BLS/CPR Certification Required Qualified candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and have the ability to multi-task. Previous patient care experience and/or clinic experience is preferred.
