Local Business Helps Raise Funds For Homeless Students In St. Cloud

Jule's Bistro has fundraising efforts in November for a great cause.

Jule's Bistro is raising money for the St. Cloud Police Department's 'Shop with a Cop' fundraising event happening in December.

Right now in District 742, there are over 500 students who are without homes, and every December, the St. Cloud Police Department matches kids in need with a police officer to shop for holiday gifts.

IT'S A TAP TAKE-OVER!

First of all, Jule's Bistro is having a Tap Takeover at Jule's with Pantown Brewing Company, and $1 from every tap beer purchased in November, will be donated to the cause.

KINDNESS CAKE CAMPAIGN

Jule's Bistro is also running its 'Kindness Cake' Campaign to support the cause. A piece of Kindness Cake is $20. $13.50 of that goes to the charity, and if you are feeling extra generous, and want to buy a full cake, it is $136. It makes a great treat for the office or your family. If you would like to purchase a whole cake, you can call and place an order for one by dialing 320.252.7125 and pressing 3 for catering. Approximately $86 for a whole cake purchase will go to the charity.

This month's cake is a delightful holiday cake featuring three layers of gingerbread, separated by an eggnog pastry cream, and covered with cinnamon molasses buttercream, then topped with some pomegranate, crystallized ginger, and more of that delightful eggnog pastry cream frosting. YUM! That's screams Christmas to me.

Jule's Bistro is also running a "Badge of Generosity" promotion. You can donate $100 to the 'Shop with a Cop' initiative, and in return, at the end of the month, Jule's will be drawing random prizes for everyone who has donated throughout the month of November.
