Lightning Believed To Have Started Fire Near Browerville

BROWERVILLE - A shed near Browerville has been destroyed in a fire. The Todd County Sheriff's Office says it started just after 6:30 p.m. on Monday in Moran Township.

The Browerville and Staples fire departments were on the scene for about three hours.

The shed, and its contents, were a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but it's believed to have been started by a lightning strike.
