Lake George Skating Rink, Warming Shelter Closed for Season

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Parks and Recreation has closed the Lake George skating rink for the season.

Due to the deteriorating conditions, staff will no longer be clearing the ice. The Lake George Warming Shelter is also closed.

Park officials say hockey and pleasure skating rinks will remain open through the weekend.

Lights and hockey nets will be available until Monday, however conditions are becoming poor due to the warming temperatures.
