Lady Gaga Back in Studio, Hints 2017 Tour Announcement Imminent
Just weeks before her big Super Bowl halftime show, Lady Gaga was spotted back in the studio over the weekend working on new material, and even suggested that a new tour announcement is coming soon.
Producer Brian Kennedy posted on Instagram a photo with Gaga and songwriter Dallas Davidson with the caption, "First session of the year with @ladygaga & @dallasdavidson_ two incredible people! #inspired #readytoworkagain #newsound."
Fans speculated on social media that Gaga may be working on material for the A Star Is Born remake with Bradley Cooper. In addition to co-starring in the picture with Cooper, Gaga was announced to be writing and producing music for the soundtrack as well. The picture is scheduled to begin filming this year with a planned 2018 release.
Gaga also retweeted a fan post that suggested the 2017 tour has been booked and an announcement would be coming after her Feb 5. Super Bowl LI halftime performance. The 30-year-old singer-songwriter would be embarking on her first arena tour since The Artrave: The Artpop Ball in 2014.
