Adele (Kate Winslet) who is a single mom and suffers from depression finds herself falling in love with an escaped convict who takes refuge in their home.Adele and Henry (Gatlin Griffith) Give Frank (Josh Brolin) a ride from the grocery store to their home and harbor the fugitive while a manhunt ensues.

Frank even though an escaped convict tells the two, he's not holding back the truth as to who he is and why he's on the run. The five days they spend together the more Adele and Henry learn of his true back story. A very good romantic story is created out of this.

I give the film 3.25 out of 5, it's subtle yet a little raw and probably darker than most of Reitman's films. A film that definitely focuses on emotions and senses
