WHAT'S THE STORY OF SKATIN' PLACE?

Have you ever been to Skatin Place? Lots of people young and old have fun Skatin' to the tunes at Skatin' Place. Whether it be legend or reality, many staff as well as customers of Skatin' Place have reported various oddities...Video games turning on and off by themselves, lights turning themselves on and off in the middle of the night, the sound of footsteps on the roof, and someone once thought they saw a face in a vent, and another person said they heard the Ghostbusters song playing from a CD player that had NO CD in it....spooky!

WHO WAS GILBERT?

Not many people have ever seen ghosts at this location, other than the face being seen in the vent. The legend is that the land was originally marshy farmland.  The little boy that lived on the farm's name was Gilbert. The story is that Gilberts parents warned him to stay away from the swamp, but unfortunately, curious Gilbert didn't listen, and was found facedown in the water. Was it Gilbert's face that the customer saw peaking out from the vent?  Was he wanting to go skating too?  There is nothing proving Gilbert's existence, so it is just a story. But either way, strange things have been reported from Skatin' Place. You'll have to visit, take a lap or two around the rink, and look for signs of Gilbert for yourself.
