I found Melissa and HomeMade Caramels by Melissa Weil at this year's Made In Minnesota event at the River's Edge Convention Center in November.

Melissa features lots of different delightful caramel treats. Featured above is a picture of the tasty turtles.  Yummy.

I asked Melissa what some of her favorite items are this time of year and she told me that the salted caramels, black licorice caramels, turtles, and her new caramel drizzle are all holiday favorites.  Caramel drizzle! Can you imagine? Drizzling it on your favorite ice cream? Oh Yeah!
