Alright, I've lived in this area for most of my life, and had no idea that this festival was a thing.  And now I'm intrigued.

What I'm talking about is the Hungarian Harvest Festival. I saw that this event was happening last year, I wasn't able to make it out there, but people I know said it was awesome.  I need to make an effort this year.

This year's event is happening this weekend. Saturday, September 13th.  And if you want another blast of summer, looks like this weekend's weather will be warm - in the 80s.  Might as well soak up as much summer as you can - we know what is happening soon.  Hold on to summer and outdoor activities as long as you can.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Millner Heritage Winery has a great website with all the information you need on this FREE family friendly event.

Authentic Hungarian Food, Hungarian folk music and dance, grape stomp, kids activities and also  wine tastings, of course.  And their wine is delicious.  No matter the type of wine you like, they will most likely have something to satisfy that palate.

This sounds like a great event filled with great food, drinks to try and maybe event try your hand as grape stomping.  I'll leave that one to others, but I'd love to watch and see how that one works out.

OKTOBERFEST TOO

If you do want more of a grape stomp event, there is another one coming up next month. October 4th and 5th it's Oktoberfest and Grape Stomp.  This one sounds amazing too.
