We've entered into that time of year where you might be looking back at summer and thinking about some of the fun things you did. Maybe you had the chance to go back to Valleyfair with your kids to ride the rollercoasters, as well as the other fun experiences offered at Minnesota's outdoor theme park. That outdoor theme park could one day have an epic connection to Taylor Swift. Here's how it works.

Taking A Stake In Valleyfairs Parent Company

Recently, Taylor Swift's fiancé, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, teamed up with Jana Partners for a 9% stake in Six Flags. Which, if you didn't know, Six Flags is the parent company of Valleyfair.

According to a Reddit post about the investment, Kelce is a big theme park fan and is looking forward to making future theme parks more enjoyable for those who go.

How Taylor Swift Is Connected

With Taylor and Travis being engaged, there is a chance if they share some of their finances/investments when they are married, Taylor Swift would then be linked to the Shakopee park.

Will that mean Taylor will be seen at the Minnesota theme park? Probably not, but it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

Changes Coming To Valleyfair In 2026?

Since August, a portion of the park has been closed, with rumors of updates coming to Soak City as well as a new rollercoaster. This YouTube video seems to allude to some of those waterpark changes.

Valleyfair will also be celebrating a milestone anniversary in 2026; it will turn 50. So there will be plenty of excitement still to be announced.
