Everyone deserves to feel seen.

And this Saturday, St. Cloud is celebrating inclusion, community, and pride.

THE CELEBRATION

The celebration runs from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. with an open house packed with activities, followed by a Disability Pride Rally beginning at 4:00 p.m. Organizers have planned an afternoon that's both fun and meaningful, with opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate the many contributions people with disabilities make in our communities.

THINGS TO ENJOY AT THIS YEAR'S CELEBRATION

Visitors can browse handmade goods from Camphill Village, enjoy live music from DJ Sell, and even take the stage at the Disability Pride Open Mic. There will also be interactive activities for all ages, disability history panels, voter registration information, door prizes, giveaways, and swag bags while supplies last.

ATONEMENT LUTHERAN CHURCH

The event will be held at Atonement Lutheran Church, located at 1144 29th Avenue North in St. Cloud. If you're driving, be aware that road construction is taking place in the area, so you may want to allow a little extra travel time. Metro Bus riders can reach the event using Routes 1, 2, or 33.

It's a chance to celebrate abilities, build new friendships, learn something new, and show support for a community that deserves to be recognized and celebrated every day. If you're looking for something positive to do with family or friends this weekend, this is a wonderful opportunity to come together and be part of an event that welcomes everyone.

Beautiful Photos From Clemens Gardens

This weekend was a great one to get out and do something fun. I wanted to destress, so I drove over to Clemens Gardens for a nice stroll through the gardens. What a beautiful place it is. There are flowers everywhere, as well as fountains and statues. These photos only capture part of what's available to see, but in case you haven't had a chance to visit, now is a great time to view them, as everything is in full bloom. Take a look at some beautiful photos and then make a plan to take your own trip. All of your senses will thank you.
