If you've got plenty of rhubarb in your yard or garden, and you aren't sure what you'll do with all of it, a St. Cloud business would be happy to take it off your hands, in exchange for a sweet treat, of course. Here's who wants your extra rhubarb!

A Seasonal Fan Favorite That's Community Made

Backward's Bread Company is planning on bringing back a seasonal fan favorite, but they are looking for a little help from their friends/customers. The Rhubarb Croissants are coming, but Backwards Bread needs some rhubarb to make that happen. So what better way to get some rhubarb than by asking your friends, customers, and neighbors?

Of course, if you contribute some rhubarb, you'll be compensated. The bakery is offering up a treat from its pastry case, which, in my opinion, is totally worth a bag of sweet Minnesota-grown rhubarb.

The post from Backwards Bread says:

Got rhubarb taking over your backyard? We’ve got the perfect solution…

Backwards Bread Co. is officially on the hunt for fresh rhubarb!

Every May & June, we bring back a fan favorite—the Rhubarb Croissant—and we need your help to make it happen. Before these buttery, tangy treats hit the case, we’ve got to stock up!

Drop off your fresh rhubarb with us, and we’ll sweeten the deal with a little something from our pastry case as a thank-you.

It’s a win-win: you clear out your garden, and we turn it into something delicious.

Thanks in advance for helping us bring this seasonal favorite back!

Where You Can Find Backwards Bread During The Summer Months

For fans of the local bakery, you can find them at the brick-and-mortar location (3360 Southway Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56301) during the summer months, plus at one of three local farmers markets, which include the St. Cloud Area Farmers Market on Saturdays. (Pro-Tip: get there early as they often sell out quickly)

The other two farmers' markets are:

St. Joseph Farmers Market
610 N. Co. Rd. 2, St. Joseph, MN

Maple Grove Farmers Market
12951 Weaver Lake Rd, Maple Grove, MN 55369
