Sip, Savor, And Support St. Cloud’s Shop With A Cop
If you’re looking for a meaningful way to kick off the holiday season and enjoy some great food, great beer, and great company while you’re at it, there’s an event in St. Cloud that absolutely deserves a spot on your calendar.
Two of our favorite locally owned businesses, Jules’ Bistro and Pantown Brewing Company, are teaming up once again for a special Beeranthropy event on Wednesday, November 19, from 3–10 p.m., all in support of the St. Cloud Police Department’s Shop With A Cop program.
SHOP WITH A COP PROGRAM
If you’re not familiar with Shop With A Cop, it’s one of those programs that reminds you just how big the hearts are in this community. Right here in District 742, more than 500 students are experiencing homelessness, and 70% of students rely on free or reduced-price meals. Those aren’t just numbers — they’re real kids, real families, and real needs that hit especially hard around the holidays.

2024 RAISED ALMOST $15000
Last year, something amazing happened. With a goal of just over $5,000, the program matched 39 kids with officers. But thanks to sponsors, local supporters, and the energy behind Beeranthropy, the 2024 event raised nearly $15,000, which was enough to help more than 80 families and 200 kids. That’s not just a successful fundraiser. That’s hundreds of holiday mornings made a little brighter, hundreds of kids who got to feel seen, supported, and special, and hundreds of moments that brought families and our police department together in a positive way.

LETS DO IT AGAIN
And now, the hope is to do it all again.
This year, Pantown Brewing Co. is stepping up in a big way by donating 25% of all sales plus 100% of tips from the evening. Jules’ Bistro will be serving three homemade, made-from-scratch chilis along with fresh doughnuts...(because honestly, how do you have a Shop With A Cop fundraiser without doughnuts?) They’re leaning into the joke and making it delicious.
THE TALENTED TED MANDERFELD WILL BE PERFORMING
If you need one more reason to stop by, we’ve got it: St. Cloud’s own piano man, Ted Manderfeld, will be performing from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. If you’ve ever seen Ted play, you already know: he’s high-energy, he’s hilarious, and he somehow manages to make every show feel like the exact place you’re supposed to be.
At the end of the day, this event is about community showing up, pitching in, and helping kids right here in our own neighborhoods. Whether you come for the cause, the chili, the doughnuts, the music, or just a cold beer after a long day, you’ll be part of something that truly makes a difference.
COME OUT TOMORROW!
Mark the date, bring a friend, and help spread some holiday hope at this incredible night of Beeranthropy.
