Earlier this week, U.S. Bank Stadium and Live Nation created quite a buzz when they teased that 'one of the biggest shows in Minnesota history' would be announced on Thursday, July 10.

Of course, speculation about what this show would be was running rampant all week long, with people guessing it was a concert involving the recently reunited Oasis or even BTS.

However, they also teased that the announcement would be made with Paul Allen, the radio voice of the Minnesota Vikings, and that a customized Vikings jersey would be available, so I thought it could involve the NFL, such as hosting the draft.

Well, the big day has arrived, and we now know the details about just what this big show is, and it turns out all the guesses above were wrong.

U.S. Bank Stadium Announces The Return Of Paul McCartney To Minnesota

In an early morning announcement on Thursday, U.S. Bank Stadium and Live Nation let the cat out of the bag when Paul Allen announced that Sir Paul McCartney would return to Minnesota on his "Got Back 2025" tour.

Usually, when a concert announcement this big is made, the show doesn't happen until the following year, but that is not the case with this one. Paul McCartney will be in Minnesota in just a few months.

The "Got Back 2025" tour will be at U.S. Bank Stadium on Friday, October 17, 2025. Tickets will be on sale to the general public on Friday, July 18, at 10 am (that time could change).

However, the presale starts Tuesday, July 15, at 10:00 AM, but you must register in advance for a chance to participate.

Click the button above to register for the Minnesota to register for presale. A presale code and link to buy tickets the morning of the presale will be sent in the future.

Paul McCartney has been out on his 'Got Back' tour since 2022, performing a series of shows that year and then again in 2023 and 2024. "Got Back 2025" will be a 16-city, 19-date tour, including the Minnesota stop.
