Let's face it, eating healthy is not always at the top of your mind when you decide to grab food from a restaurant, but sometimes you don't want to worry about that. When it comes to fast food places, many have menu items available for those looking to eat healthier, but what fun is that?

While fast food places aren't known to be the healthiest places to eat overall, some chains have menu items that are extremely unhealthy, despite how good they may taste.

With that in mind, a WorldAtlas study looked at various fast food restaurants and ranked them based on having menu items that come close to hitting, or even surpass, your daily recommended limits.

For perspective, according to WebMD, the daily recommended calorie limit for adults is between 1,600 and 3,000, depending on your sex and your level of activity.

The American Heart Association says the daily recommended limit for sodium is 2,300 milligrams. For saturated fats, it's approximately 13 grams for someone who consumes 2,000 calories.
