The annual Shoot for the Troops event was held at LeBlanc's Rice Creek in Little Falls on Tuesday, September 17th to raise money for veterans and active military members in need around central Minnesota.

Shoot for the Troops is a non-profit organization, our mission is to support active military, veterans, and their families deployed or stateside who are in need of resources due to economic or special hardships. Shoot for the Troops hosts a trap shoot event annually to raise funds for military families in central Minnesota.

Over the past nine years, the Shoot for the Troops event has raised nearly $100,000. There were 140 shooters participating in the event this year. The event consisted of a trap shooting competition across 18 stations at LeBlanc's Rice Creek Hunting and Recreation area in Little Falls.

The event wrapped up inside with prizes, a dinner, raffles, and awards to the top shooters.
