So far, they're planning to have 3 food trucks on-site which include; Minnewaska House Grill, Jupiter Moon Ice Cream and South Meats North BBQ.

They'll also feature 2 wineries, 3 breweries and 2 live bands! It's shaping up to be an awesome event.

Alright, now let's get to the curds...here's what they'll have available at Curd Fest; pan fried cheese curds, chocolate cheese curd kabobs, several varieties of cheddar, honey chipotle, Little Lucy brie, North Fork Whiskey Washed Muster, Havarti, Ridiculously Fresh Cheddar cheese curds, Tipsy Tilsiter and more.

I'm not sure if I have enough room in my stomach to try all varieties in one sitting--thank goodness the event lasts 7 hours.

But, if that's not enough time for you, there are VIP tickets available so you can get early access to the event along with coffee, donuts, a t-shirt, mug, cheese curds, a sticker, VIP farm tour and VIP seating for the band. Cheese curds and donuts for breakfast? I think so.

General admission tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door and children under 11 are free.

If you can't wait for Curd Fest to enjoy delicious cheese curds, the Redhead Creamery sells them on their website year-round.
