I love to mix up some crazy concoctions in the kitchen. I'm always experimenting with different recipes and making them totally my own. During one of my recent food explorations (an attempt at enchilada waffle fries), I thought to myself "what would a tried and true Minnesotan be made of"?

I know, weird thought. But I wanted to break down a Minnesotan's ingredient list, so I did.
