Mondays are the worst. It is just a fact of life. A new survey found 64% of people hate Mondays. That number seems awfully low to me.

The survey also found a list of things people do to help them get through the Monday "blahs"

- Drink extra coffee.

- Listen to music.

- Eat lots of food.

- Exercise.

My favorite way to combat a case of the Mondays is to make a list of all the things I need to accomplish this week and write down all of the events I have coming up.. It helps keep me on track and get back into the work groove after a lazy weekend! Or I think about all the Pokemon I am going to catch after work!
