I have never seen or heard of this before. In 2012/2013, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will be constructing a Diverging Diamond Interchange on County Road 120 over Highway 15.

It appears when traveling to the new Walmart from the west side of Highway 15, you will now drive on the opposite side of the road when on a new overpass (and vice-versa).

I'm not quite sure how this helps cross-traffic but It definitely improve Highway 15 flow... or will it? Remember, there are stop lights not too far in both directions on Highway 15.
