Hemker Park & Zoo’s Fall Zoo Fest Kicks Off Saturday

Hemker Park & Zoo in Freeport, MN is holding their Fall Zoo Fest this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.The event will feature discounted admission, train rides for kids, face painting, a kids magic show, a pumpkin patch, apple orchard and more.

The Kids Magic Show features performer Matt Dunn the magician. The magic shows are from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For adults, they've got a farmers market, Amish baskets for sale and a variety of other local products for purchase.

They'll have food available for purchase at the Hungry Paws concession stand which features cheeseburgers, chicken strips, corn dogs, fries and more.

Tickets for the event are $9 plus tax for anyone 2 years old and up.
