Here's a great eBay find for someone, well someone with deeper pockets. A 1954 Hudson Hornet Coupe is listed as being for sale, and it's located right here in Minnesota. The Hudson coupe has bids below the buy it now/reserve price of $25,000, but there is still some time left on the online auction so maybe it finds a new home.

The online eBay listing for the vehicle states that it is a "rock solid western car from Idaho" that has undergone plenty of upgrades since it rolled off the plant's assembly line in 1954.

1954 was the beginning of the end for the Hudson Motor Company as OverDrive Magazine online lists the 1954 Hornet as being "called a “restyle”, but it was just some new skin and a new roof line for the hardtop and the club coupe only. The front fascia was the most significant change. Sales continued to drop and the handwriting was on the wall. This would be the last year of the true Hudson."

I'm not sure the seller will get his $25K during this online auction, but if he were to list it with a smaller reserve, he might get cash for his wallet and someone to take this 1954 Hudson Hornet Coupe off his hands.

The online auction is set to end on July 8th.
