A shortened version of the annual MDA Labor Day Telethon will be without Jerry, and not on Labor Day. The 85-year-old Lewis, who has been in poor health and announced earlier this year he would not host, had planned on a pre-recorded performance of his signature song "You'll Never Walk Alone," but that was called off as his condition worsened.

Instead of the usual 21-plus hour star-studded extravaganza, a six-hour version will air Sunday from 6 p.m. to Midnight in each time zone. Celebrities slated to appear Celine DionJennifer LopezDarius RuckerMartina McBrideLady AntebellumRichie Sambora and Jordin Sparks.
