Happy National Cheese Curd Day! This has got to be one of my favorite holidays. I simply MUST have some cheese curds today to celebrate; but where should I go?

If you were to pick the best cheese curds you've ever had; in your ENTIRE life, where would they be from?  I can't help but say the State Fair. This summer I was at the Benton County Fair and my first stop is always Proms Curds. They not only make amazing curds but this year added cheese wontons to their list of deliciousness.

Just letting you know, that Culver's created the first National Cheese Curd Day in 2015, and today you can go to their website where they feature lots of interesting facts about National Cheese Curd Day.  FYI: They also have a menu hack you might want to try. Get a side of Cheese Curds and pile them high in your Butter Burger!  Yummy.
