These cold Minnesota winters create the perfect environment to curl up on the couch and read a good book. The St. Cloud Great River Regional Library just launched their winter reading program.

The program, which started in 2004, provides you some incentives to read books and develop good reading habits. It's open to anyone in 6th grade or older.

The library also provides card holders with access to audio books, digital books and more available through any of their 32 branches.

To be part of the program, register online. You'll be able to track your reading and be put into drawings to win mugs, winter hats and regional grand prize gift cards. You can participate now through Saturday, February 29th.
