Granite City Days Moved To Last Weekend In June

Granite City Days will be a little later than normal this year. Usually the week long celebration has fallen over the third/fourth weekend in June during the same weekend as Sauk Rapids annual Rapids River Days.

This year the three day festival will be a week late, during the 5th weekend in June. The Granite City Days Parade kicks off on Saturday, June 29 at 10 a.m. in downtown St. Cloud.

Sing! St. Cloud, the annual karaoke contest at Lake George, was also moved to Sunday this year instead of Saturday.

Rapids River Days will keep the same date as usual.

Personally, I'm loving the date change! This means I'll be able to attend more events than I'd normally have time to!
