Grandpa’s Pumpkin Patch In St. Joseph Ready To Open
Don't you just love fall? Signs are all around us...the leaves are starting to change colors, it gets darker earlier and earlier and pumpkins and gourds are ready for the picking!
Grandpa's Pumpkin Patch in St. Joseph announced on their Facebook page that they're almost ready to start the season! They're aiming for a Saturday opening.
They've got a variety of fall veggies and decor including gourds, Indian corn,squash, corn stocks, straw bales, locally raised honey, and of course, lots and lots of pumpkins! You can buy a pumpkin for $4.
According to their Facebook page, they recently added about a quarter of a million bees to their hives this spring. So, you'll have to make sure to pick up some honey!
Grandpa's Pumpkin Patch is a hobby farm that typically opens every year on the third weekend in September.
In addition to stocking up on some of your fall favorites, they also offer up great family photo opportunities. You're able to stop out with your kids and take beautiful fall photos. Listen, I know we haven't even celebrated Halloween yet, but it's never too early to be thinking about your Christmas card photo.
