Farmers’ Markets Are Back, Minnesota—Bring a Basket!

IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR FARMER'S MARKETS OPENING DAY!

Spring is here! Spring brings rain, rain brings flowers, and when we have both, I start looking for farmers ' markets! I began my search to find out when our area Markets will be opening. Take a look and mark your calendar for your favorites!

ST CLOUD AREA FARMERS MARKET

The St. Cloud Area Farmers Market will be open from May through October in the Lady Slipper lot in downtown St. Cloud. The hours will be from 8 am until noon every Saturday. The St. Cloud Farmer's Market is fantastic, featuring veggies, meats, dairy, baked goods, plants, flowers, homemade syrups and honeys, berries, and other wonderful locally grown foods from area growers and producers. Opening Day will be Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.

ST JOSEPH FAMERS MARKET

St. Joe's season will begin on Friday, May 9th, just in time for Mother's Day weekend! They are going to run their Farmer's Market on Fridays through October 17th from 3 to 6 pm. There will be over 30 producers and artisans this year. You will find the St. Joe's Farmers Market at the Lake Wobegon Trailhead in the Resurrection Lutheran Church parking lot on County Road 2 in St. Joe.

Since St. Joe is one of the oldest farmers' markets in central Minnesota, they will be celebrating National Farmers Market Week on Friday, August 8th, with live music and special activities.

Each Friday, you will enjoy something 'magical' with live entertainment and crafts for the kiddos. They also hand out 50 coupons that are $2 each to kids and seniors.

SARTELL FARMERS' MARKET

Sartell has a winter and summer market! The Summer market will begin on May 5th and be open on Mondays through October 13th, from 3 to 6 pm. The Sartell Summer Farmers' Market will be located in the Bernicks Arena on Pine Cone North.

SAUK RAPIDS FARMERS' MARKET

Sauk Rapids Farmers' Market will begin on Thursday, May 15th, from 3 to 6 pm and continue through October 9th, 2025, at 110 1st Street South in Sauk Rapids.

BECKER FARMERS MARKET

Becker's Farmers' Market will be opening Friday, June 13th through September 26th, 2025, from 3 to 7 pm and will take place at the Becker Community Center by the community Park.

PRINCETON-ZIMMERMAN FARMERS' MARKET ASSOCIATION

The Princeton-Zimmerman Summer market is located at the Princeton Mall parking lot on 114 South Rum River Drive in Princeton. It will begin in May and go through October every Saturday from 830 until noon.
