If you are looking for Haunted Mansion vibes in Minnesota, Duluth is the place to find them.

Flashlight tours are coming back to Glensheen Mansion in Duluth for two nights only, October 25th and 26th. All the lights will be turned off in the building. A tour guide will lead you through the estate, showing off the important parts of the house around the lower level, and first and second floors.

This event is a 21+ event, as part of the cost for admission, guests will receive a branded Glensheen Flashlight Tour pint glass with a sippy cup cover so you can bring it on the tour with you. There will be a cash bar with beer and wine available for purchase.

Flashlights will be provided, and guests are welcome to explore a new area, the Carriage House Living Room. Here, guests will enjoy the warmth of a live fire – the only working fireplace on the estate.

The tour lasts approximately one hour, and tickets cost about $30. Get all the information on the event on the Glensheen Mansion website.

It has been about 10 years since I visited the mansion, and that was in broad daylight. Seeing it at night with only flashlights sounds like a great time, and a great way to get in the Halloween mood.
