Delirious, Naked Man Arrested in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man was arrested Thursday morning after being found lying on a sidewalk, naked from the waist down.

Sergeant Jason Burke says 28-year-old Todd Wichterman was found near the post office just after 6:00 a.m.

Wichterman appeared delirious, did not cooperate with police and was tased. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital where he admitted that he had smoked K2, a synthetic drug.

Wichterman was cited for obstructing legal process and left in the care of hospital staff.
