Decorate A Pumpkin At Cold Spring & Richmond Library

The library might be a great place to find a spooky book to get you in the Halloween holiday spirit, but, you can also decorate a free pumpkin today (Oct. 1) at the Cold Spring or Richmond library.

You'll be able to go to the library and pick up an arts and crafts pumpkin along with a decorative packet. Let your creative brain run wild! The free event is open to people of all ages and will run during regular library hours.
