Here's your friendly reminder to set your clocks an hour ahead this Saturday!

Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8 at 2:00am. As you'll likely be asleep at that time, you might want to set your clocks an hour ahead the night before. Because we're moving the clock an hour ahead, Daylight Saving -- also known as Spring Forward and Summer Time -- means we lose an hour of sleep the day of (Sunday), but there will be more light in the evenings through the summer and fall. Daylight Saving ends Sunday, November 1, meaning we set the clock back an hour.
