The races start right at 1 p.m. According to the official Facebook event page, "Mystical unicorns and loveable llamas will race on the track in our quirky competitions!"

Oh for cute! The first horse race of the day is set for 1 o'clock. Then, the llama and unicorn races will take place between horse races. In addition to watching the events unfold live on the track, you can also interact with 'Carlson's Loveable Llamas' and the 'unicorns' from Barnview.

Pony rides will also get underway around 12:30 p.m. and go until 4 p.m.

If you're wondering what the races will be like this year, you can check out a video of the first ever llama race event at Canterbury Park from 2019. It's adorable to say the least.

Event tickets are available through the Canterbury Park website. They're located at 1100 Canterbury Road South in Shakopee, Minnesota. The event is open to people of all ages.
