Central MN School Offering Free Admission to Sporting Events

I am a graduate of Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School in Long Prairie. I distinctly remember buying my athletic event pass at the start of every school year. For a certain amount of money, this laminated pass would get you into all the sporting events that year. But you better not lose it, otherwise you're stuck buying another one.

That isn't the case anymore. Thanks to the LPGE School Board, all students can get into athletic events this year, free of charge! This is great because parents don't always have $20 extra sitting around to give to their kids to get them into a school event. The fact that sporting events are free to go to now for the student body is super beneficial for not only the kids that want to attend, but also for the sports team to have more people cheering them on! What a way to start the new school year! Go Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder!
