Big temperature changes are coming!

A cold front from Canada is on the way, says the Twin Cities National Weather Service. Minnesota will continue to see plenty of sunshine the rest of the week with a quick drop in temperature Friday before warming up again for the weekend. We should enjoy the temps while we can, though, as a cold blast of arctic air is expecting starting Monday of next week.

Highs by Tuesday may only be in the single digits, says the Twin Cities NWS, meaning a worst-case scenario could see the first wind chill advisory of the year in Eastern and Central Minnesota.

While no major storms are currently projected in the forecast, a chance of snow Monday with the arrival of the cold front shouldn't be ruled out.
